Gave a One ?... because I couldn't give a ZERO ! (9:30 am) Flomaton Ala. Ordered 4 McMuffins, pulled up to next window, I was... asked to pull up in parking lot and park. I said " no thank you, no one is behind me." After 5 minutes at the window, managercame and insisted I pull up off her timer ! Very loud, Rude, with an attitude. (Her eyes almost popped out when I said nevermind give me a refund) ... won't never have to worry about me being on the timer..ever again.. promise... Read more

Lissa was very rude and unprofessional (extremely ghetto if I?m technical) The other employee even agreed how she acted towards... me was uncalled for. Then I call the store and ask to speak with the manager and she was basically calling me a liar because Idon?t really remember what the girl looked like but the lady at the window told me her name so the manager basically told methey don?t care about my complaint and how I felt about the situation. At the second window I was instructed to pull out to the app pick up area, I wait about 4 minutes for my order cool, 2 minute... drive back to work no drinking straw and the sandwich and fries are cold!? Why did I have to wait for cold/old fast food!? Read more
My drive thru order had no napkins. I ordered Quarter Pounder and 10 pc nuggets. Chicken nuggets, I thot, but tasted like... cardboard to me. And the dip did not help. That was NOT the honey mustard I use to get years ago. I'm pretty sure they fill itwith guar gum to thicken it. It was totally fake for sure. It was a slow morning when we are breakfast and no cashier but just the kiosk. The place were looking kinda dirty and flies... flying around. There shouldn't be any flies around since there's no lights to kill them. Read more
At first I thought it was very nice people were friendly but when it takes you almost 15 minutes to get a large fry, as I'm... sitting there watching them wait on everyone else people going out the door with already their order and I asked what is takingso long I'm told we're having to cook more fries so there's one thing of fries that is in the bend up there and I've beenwatching it the whole time I've been in there and no one has touched it when I asked where are my fries it had already been like8 minutes fries come up they take those fries going back in with the hot fries and proceeded to give me those fries as freshlydone french fries. Had been a long day driving. We needed to refresh and eat. Dogs had to go !! Restaurant was clean and busy. Everyone we met... there was friendly. Staff was cheerful and fast in service. Our food was fresh and hot. Great stop and ready to get back onroad. Read more
