Experience was Ok, Biscuits we're greasier than normal, bacon wasn't cooked. Omelet was dry. Hash browns tasted good.

I usually visit this Hardee's at least 4 days a week on my way to work. When Ms. Cynthia is working it is ALWAYS a positive... experience. She has such a bubbly personality. You can't help but leave with a smile. This lady needs to be a Store Manager!!Not to take away from the other employees on days when Ms. Cynthia isnt there. Incompetence abounds. Seldom do they get the order correct. I cannot count how many times I've gotten home just to find... something is missing. Then they tell me to come back, and they'll give me what I'm missing; that's a ten mile round trip to getwhat any competent fourth grader could do right! The shift managers have no authority to "make it right," either. The bestthey can (will?) do is give you the correct/missing items. The number on the receipt for the District Manager is no good,either, so there is no way to contact a "higher power." And they want $15 an hour?! Please; the service at this restaurantisn't even worth minimum wage. The ONLY reason I submit myself to such ignorance and laziness by returning is there are so fewchoices in this one horse town.
