Stopped by this location on the way back to Grand Rapid from the Ren Festival. Decided to eat inside so we could wash our hands... with actul soap and water before eating. The restaurant was incredibly filthy. Food and crumbs on every table and chair, floorssticky, no napkins, barely any straws and lids for our drinks, coke machine was super gross and the bathrooms were anightmare. Got a crave clutch of original sliders, fries and onion chips. Fries and onion chips were terrible. But ultimatelywe were there for the sliders which tasted exactly the same as they did 15 years ago and are still even better reheated the nextday. Go for the sliders and forget everything else. I wish they got the orders correct. Every time we order they get the order wrong. Missing cheese or whwn asked for Everything... they don't add it!!! Cost way to much for fast food for to many mistakes!!! When correct the cheeseburger are so yummy!!! Read more
I live that they have different cheese selections for thier sliders and I've been getting thier jalapeno sliders which are... amazing!!! Highly recommend. Great for eating at work bc we can eat while working since we only need 1 hand to eat. Read more
This place was the worse and for a first time experience it was such a let down. The staff were the rudest people. The order was... a pretty big one and still did not get over half the order. The food did not taste that great, it left a perpetual bad oil tasteon the tongue.not to mention does burger patty was just sad. Did not like the food, did not appreciate the attitude, did notappreciate the high price for half the food and bad experience. Read more
Glad to have finally have finally have found one closer than Detroit. They don't keep the basic necessities out for you like... ketchup, salt, pepper, napkins you have to ask for them. Overall the place doesn't have a very clean appearance especially bythe soda, lid, trash, supposed to be condiments area. Staff was nice though & employee was out sweeping floors so ??????? Read more
Although my order took way longer than expected, the crew last night worked their butts off! There was only three workers and a... VERY LONG LINE of hungry people waiting. I personally spoke with all three and had a pleasant interaction with each. They needat least 2 more people and a much larger grill! Read more
The last time I came here they told me they were not making anymore Impossible Sliders. Cool. This time I go earlier and order... four Impossible Sliders with cheese. I wait 20 minutes for two sliders to have cheese, and ZERO to have grilled onions. Mysliders only have pickles and bread (apart from the two that DO have the cheese) yuck. This place is never getting my moneyagain. I paid $15 for a long wait and a wrong order. Read more
