I just tried to visit the drive thru of this restaurant after a long day at work. I sat at the speaker for several minutes, but... didn?t hear anything so I thought there may have been an issue with the speaker. I said ?hello? calmly a couple of times becauseI didn?t know what what was going on and received no answer. Someone motioned for me to pull forward. I pulled forward and thelady opened up the window and I said ?I?m sorry is there an issue with the speaker?? She said ?no I?m just on the phone with acustomer and you said hello hello which was is very rude!? More like it?s very rude to speak to a customer like that who?sapproaching you in a calm manner. I pulled away and will never try this establishment again. If she would have simply said ?onemoment please? while I was at the speaker this could have been avoided. Read more

It doesn't matter if it's 2pm or 2am you are guaranteed to have to wait anywhere from 10-45 minutes for your food . The "IDGAF" attitude at its finest. Pull up, no greeting nothing, "Hold up", i say Good afternoon, reply "HOLD UP, HOLD UP".... order #4 without mustard, if it has. $7.49 menu price, cashier: $9.45 (two bucks on taxes?), Drive up to window, I say its asmall please (they charged me a large, no questions asked) pay, get my change back, cashier drops a quarter, of my change, onthe drive thru pavement, and walks away, prolly saying its my change, so go get it. Fries where stale and burger was saturatedwith .,........ mustard, yay!!! No mustard. The real definition of IDGAF. Drive to the one on Davison and Dort, they care there. Read more

The food tasted like it just wasn?t fresh. I don?t think the service was that great either. I don?t know when it became ok to... not give good service but this restaurant is one place that service went to die. I was scared to say anything. I would thinkthat if I did then I might not be able to eat the food. Don?t they have people that own the place or that work for the ownerthat drive through and actually see how the service is. I do like some Rally?s now and then but I was a little disappointed yesterday when, at the drive through, I was informed that... they had no ice cream, no slushies, and basically no desserts of any kind. Seems strange they have absolutely nothing. I supposeit happens from time to time. Read more

Good customer service ???? Very friendly, they gave me the wrong order and usually it's a hassle to get it fixed anywhere, not... these people. They help right away and never once got an attitude or anything in that nature! Highly recommend ???? ???? ???? Read more
