TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. I know fast food is fast food but, this location is the ABSOLUTE worst. They claim they are 5am-2am... but I show up at. 5:15 and they tell me its closed but they?re in there standing around doing nothing. Next time Im taking avideo. (assuming I ever go back) Not only do they reject service but they forget my orders 80% of everytime I have wentthere. I?d rather drive all the way to grand blanc or clio for fast food thats made and served right. And lets assume for aminute that this location doesnt open at 5am, Why does google say that mcdonalds set their own hours last week? Why are there 2lazy employees doing nothing for an hour (assuming they open at 6) ?? The other mcdonalds I went to was actually closed butthis ballenger hwy location was just simply not doing their job I hope the managers read these reviews and acknowledge thatthey or their employees are lazy jokes, but knowing Flint and anyone who works in Flint, no one cares and the managers areprobably the source of the problem. Went thru drive thru, extreamly rude. Even being that I attempted to stay polite and nice. Smiling and being friendly, Window... lady wouldn't say a word to me, the one who handed my food to me was the same way even appon saying thank you to them theyturned away without a word. The person taking the order was extremely nice, however their microphone was still on while they were discussing the previous... customer. The previous customer definitely had a bad attitude, but this did not phase the person taking the order. He had thebest attitude ever! Bravo! ???????? I advised him that was happening, however he did not respond back to me. He did not sayanything wrong. You may just want to watch out that this does not happen again. He may have been new as he did not know how toring up a $3 meal offer. Otherwise, the coffee was hot. The Apple fritter was terrible and I would never order that again. Read more
Update: This is from a few weeks ago. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and this is what I got, raw hamburger. I... took it to the store the next day and they replaced the meal. I contacted corporate about this and they sent an email and said amanager would get ahold of me in a few days. It's been almost two weeks and no contact. They rarely get your order right. I'vetalked with mangers, emailed corporate and was assured they would get to the bottom of it. Well they never did. Read more
Ordering went well, got wrong sandwich, manager was extremely rude to me and to her employee. She practically threw my refund on... the counter and change splashed everywhere. What an image to portray this Holiday Season ..... ???? I don't eat from thislocation anyways just found the Ghetto manager worthy of my comments.
