Absolutely no one here and asked to pull forward for 1 fry....... tired of this pull forward stuff...... I get it if ur busy!
Typically this location is good. It stays busy. However the last two times I've been there to get a vanilla latte I got... something coffee like but it was definitely not vanilla latte. It wasn't vanilla flavored at all. There's nothing worse thantaking a drink with an expectation and having it be something else that is not to your liking. I placed my order through the appand did a curbside pickup. It was very quick, but it was wrong. Read more
Good place :) Rarely have an issue with my order and if I do it's my drink because the machine needs to be refilled. No big... deal. There is always a line here because of the location and the staff is usually pretty quick and friendly! :) Read more
Not a fan of McDonald's. I haven't eaten their burgers in over 30+ years. Never agreed with my stomach. My grands love the... chicken nuggets and the flavored slushy drinks. Customer Service rates about a 7 at this location. Read more
We did not have to use kiosk to order. The manager greeted us right away. Our order was correct and only took a few minutes to... receive. Their lobby was clean. This was a pleasant experience. Durand's McDonalds should learn from this staff. Thank youfor being so nice and reliable. Outstanding job! Read more
Extremely clean ????with an updated Lobby. It is weird going into the lobby as no one really seems to attend the register when... a customer walks in. I used the mobile app, but had to add slivered Onions to my Order, so I decided to go in. Luckily aworker seen me and greeted me and let me know someone would be right with me. Read more
Wowsers... Filthy from the night before. Fries everywhere on floor. Filthy tables and seating. Lettuce stuck to tables. Its 930... in the morning so I feel they had time to clean it. Night shift should have tho. Bathroom was filthy as well. Floors havent beenmopped in God knows how long. Employees standing around. Someone should be cleaning. Wont be back. Ever. Read more
Online order took so long to prepare. They decided on to give me a free drink with out me even complaining. Then when they... brought my food out to me it was missing my fries. The girl said no problem she would bring them back out. Another 5 mins wentby and I went into get my fries. Fries were suppose to be fresh and just dropped. Which is why the long wait times.Understandable, however not when the fries are ice cold. Read more
