Absolutely ridiculous! It is August 30th 2022. The so-called pandemic is overBut the lobby remains locked. One of the drive... throughs are blocked off with cones forcing all of the lunch rush into one lane that reaches the front of the building. This isunacceptable and pathetic. Especially for jacked up prices for garbage food. Burger Street just down the road is much cheaper,better and fresher food, and they actually care about the time frame a customer has to get lunch. This is the FIRST MCDONALD'S where I have walked into and there was a sign at the cash register which reads "DUE TO STAFFING... ISSUES WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER AT THE KIOSK" No one spoke to me or even said hello, nothing!! Ihave been to 100's of McDonald's all of the United States and this one I can say is at the very bottom for Friendliest. The last two times we've been there service has been horrible. Last time the guy put my meals in as just the main item (no... fries) and missed an item so I paid more to get my fries and burger than it would have been with a meal. Then they wanted me todrive back around and wait in line. This time they didn't add the cheese like we ordered and they didn't add lettuce which isnormally on a mcchicken. Read more
I order a small caramel nonfat mocha. I waited for a few extra minutes & when I did get my drink it was half-filled. I pay $2... something for it. This restaurant needs to do better, the staff was friendly. It's time for us to separate & I will give mymoney to a restaurant that deserves it. Read more
