Picked up a delivery order for a customer here. The guy who was supposed to be waiting on people didn't wait on me or the lady... next to me. The manager noticed after about 10 minutes that we weren't being waited on and asked what we were there for. Abouthalf an hour later, the guy gave me a drink and one small box, but the customer had ordered three drinks and several meals. Itold him this, and about fifteen minutes later, he shouted to me that they were out of iced tea. I said, "Can the customer haveanother Pepsi then?" 5 minutes later, he gave me one Pepsi and another box of food. I asked for another Pepsi and he reluctantlywent and got it. I kind of doubt the customer got all the food they ordered, and they definitely didn't get the right drinks. Itried to pick up an order for a different customer here last week, but after waiting in the drive-thru (the lobby was closedearly) for 45 minutes, I dropped the order. Been a long time since I've been to KFC and the chicken was kind of salty for me because I'm kind of on salt restricted diet.... I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot. Went inside at the pickup time which was about 20 minutes after I placed the... order. The guy working the counter said that the order was already picked up. I did not pick up that order and they gave it tothe wrong person. They refused to remake my order. They would not refund my money. It was a big order and they just refused todo anything about their mistake. Horrible customer service. Read more
EVERYTIME I ordered I get the wrong food and today I try call just so they can fix it for 1st they don?t answer!!! I get it fast... food hard sometimes I used to be a GM of dominoes! But come on to keep messing up food order given me food I don?t want is wasteof my money and your time! Read more
Approached drive through and told me they didn?t open till 12pm . Cool, no problem. Waited until 12 and returned to window .... It?s almost 12:28 and I?m still waiting on my food . Stopped by on my way home. It sounded good for dinner. I asked for a bucket of extra crispy spicy but asked if I could get 1 leg... and another piece as original and placed in a separate bag. That didn't happen. Bummer ???? But the other friends enjoyed theirmeal of spicy. Said it was good. I did get mashed potatoes and gravy plus Cole slaw also a biscuit for my dinner which were goodtoo. Unfortunately this place has dropped in Quality and increased in price. I ordered the Nashville Spicy wings and got a piping Hot... order, Oh Boy!!! When I got to work I found wings Swimming in a quarter wing tub of Grease. At first I thought it was dippingsauce, but no. I spilled it and padded the wings in the cup lid. I used 6 napkins, all soaked. My appetite for KFC is GoneEspecially from this location. I'm using my air fryer and doing my Best to duplicate the wings I once loved. Love this location. It's at a busy intersection, lotsa traffic, fast turnover. Loved that they had a pot pie this late in the... afternoon for the SIL. I got the 3 pc dark dinner, crispy. She was ecstatic with the pot pie and my chicken was really crunchyand meaty. Side of Mac & Cheese and mashed were hot ???? and tasty. The outside speaker was kind of hard to hear, but it wasalso a blustery day. Read more
