If i spend $30+ on food, I expect to get everything I ordered in my bag. I would have been better off getting take-out from a... sit down restaurant. Their customer service is terrible. After i gave my card to the drive thru lady, i asked if she could giveher my number for points and she quickly swiped my card and said ?sorry, I already swiped ? there?s nothing I can do about itnow.? Food was great. Didn't have to wait too long in the drive thru either. Pleasant experience. Will go here again.
This place just isn't the same as it use to be. The drive through service was awful. The woman at the window was rude. I asked... for ketchup and received 2 packets only for a 12 piece nugget and fries. ??????? Definitely won't waste my time or money thereanymore. Read more
This is a post-edit. Late August 2022 waited and driving to be told that we're still burger patties. Since that date the... corporation is contacted me and comped me a quarter pounder and french fry. I went and got it tonight excellent as always. Read more
The onion rings were pretty good, but they get the nasty cardboard thinnest award on the cheap menu burger. So so dry. And 2... patties didn't make 1/4 lb or close. People were great. Read more
If your restaurant isn't gonna stay open till the time it says on line then you need to change your hours!! The past 2 times we... have went there, 1 hour before posted closing time, we were sent away with staff saying they are done taking orders for thenight!?! So change your hours to the correct ones on line. Save people the trouble of making the trip!!!! Read more
As Halo burger goes, this one is very good but still needs a little work. Did not get what I ordered, my QP was very small with... not much on it. But I have eaten here many years and am certain this one will come back strong when staffing issues areresolved. So 5 stars based on many visits and next time will work out better. Read more
The store was very well kept! The employees were above and beyond! The food was perfect!
