Store had my order on the screen as ready in 1-5 minutes but they weren't receiving orders from online, so my pizza was not even... made YET....2nd bad visit !!!!! it's a wrap for this location they are the closest to my house, now I'll go to another brand. Read more
The people here are so rude, they don?t let you talk we ordered 2 hours ago for delivery. Then they called back at 7:27 saying... the delivery person doesn?t accept cash. Beyond angry we have been sitting here waiting and starving for hours. Read more
BRO MY PIZZA HAS BEEN IN THE PREP STAGE FOR AN HOUR!!! I WENT TO PICK IT UP THINKING IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE... JUST BAD MOUTHING THE ASSISTANT MANAGER! I ordered a pizza at 6:45pm on a sat night. It was a 3 item large and a 2 liter pop. I wanted it delivered. Bill ended up... being close to $35.00, I even included a tip for the driver. That wasn?t even the issue. Here is the issue it was 8:10pm and mypizza was showing still in the prep stage. I tryed calling the store 5 times, yes 5 times. I had to get my 7 year old out ofbed to go to the store to cancel my order, cause they wouldn?t answer the phone. I finally got all the issues worked out, thestore owner ( Sarah) did cancel my order, she told me that 3 people quit that day. When I got the the store she was out frontsmoking a cigarette, while her two cooks were hardly moving making orders. Don?t order from this store, Terrible customerservice. Read more
