Uprofessional and rude! I took a coupon that was printed in the newspaper advertising 10 pieces and 2 sides for $20. Got there,... they took my coupon and stated that it was a misprint, charged me almost $27 for 14 pieces and 3 sides-to smooth thingsover...did not put any condiments, biscuits or peppers in my bag and rushed me off! Today I received my order and the mashed potatoes had burned through the paper bag. The entire large container fell on me and... the car. I was burned. The manager refused to do anything about it and verbally assaulted me. It is sad when other culturesexploit and take advantage of black customers.
