The people that work here have an attitude problem. Drive thru is painfully SLOW and full of potholes. Inside the place is dirty... and their pop machine is always busted. This place is an absolute joke. Read more
Ordered $42.02 worth of food via the mobile app on July 6. Got to the location around 6pm to find it closed due to staffing. ... Not the issue cause I get it. My card was charged anyway. I've called and left messages and as of July 13 have heard nothingback. Read more
Worst service I've ever had and I thought Wendy's was bad. Drive through girl was extremely rude...needed to add a hersey pie... after being rushed and was told no add ons at the window. But can't walk in either. Horrible service and customer service. Read more
Gave this location another try after a few years away. I live within a stones throw to this location and have not had courage to... come back ever since a terrible experience I had on a late night run one time. Past aside, went here for lunch last week, foodwas fresh and staff was polite. My only complaint is that the fries were cooked too quickly, being dark golden outside but hadthe raw potato taste inside. Still a 5 star experience for me compared to years ago. I'll visit again soon, maybe there hasbeen some improvements here overall since a few years back! Be aware it isn't exactly located in the best area so if it's laterat night and you're not from around here, but worry about your personal safety, maybe try another location just to be safe. Hats off to the BK on Dort Highway Flint Michigan today. While we did have to wait a short time to get 2 Whoppers and 2 value... size drinks the wait was very pleasant ! They young lady at the window chose to open the window let us know that it would be aminute before we got our food and carried on a short but pleasant conversation before excusing herself to get our meal. When weopened the packaged burgers we found that they were nicely put together ! Not slapped together with condiments and vegetablesall over in the place ! Everything was under the bun and Fresh !
