Staff took order and made me feel comfortable and laughed great business and staff helpers one to another.
At one Point, I would of never gave this place a 4 star rating because I got sick once, it was horrible!!! I returned the next... day with the remainder of the sub and very quickly when one of the staff examined my return, they knew exactly what happened inthe process to cause the smelly nasty sub they sold me. She informed me, that the grill hadn't been cleaned regularly throughoutthe shift by the grill master which lead to some serious grill debris being served with my order!???? You could just smell itwhen you unwrapped the sandwich, it was horrible! But, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and had two bites. By the second bite,my stomach just flipped and dropped as it went down and boy did the trouble begin. I went in the next day still suffering andtold them what happened and they offered to make a new one, but I wouldn't have been able to eat it, so I just opted for arefund. I do believe the incident was reported to upper management and rectified. Because as of lately, I haven't had thisexperience again. I so know personally that the owners are attentive to their customer complaints, so kudos to the owners. Itsserious business when it comes to feeding people, you want to give quality fresh food that's good for nourishment, not make themsick!???? Love the food. But the Pierson Road location charged me $2.29 for a water. I could understand. 50 for the cup, but not... 2.29. Been eating their #6 for decades. Love the food. Read more
I've been going to Big John's for 30 yrs. Absolutely love it. This was my 1st time at Pierson Rd location. By far the... worst Big Johns I have ever had. The bread tasted like it was days old, falling apart and crumbling all over the place. Absolutely terrible experience. Read more

Shebra was very friendly while taking our order while during the dinner rush. And the crew behind her cooking were working very... hard and making sure everything was just right for everyone, while smiling and pushing through the rush. Always love coming tothis location!
