Disappointed for so many reasons. Cold food, Watered down gravy, Burnt French fries, Tomatoes tasted rotten. No straws, then... when I went to wash my hands before eating, I found the restrooms extremely horrible and disgusting. No hand soap, and nosanitizer. Seriously! Clean this place up!!! It has a very nice view but also has a visibly greasy kitchen, is short staffed with long wait times, and the staff have very... poor customer service. Read more

Waited for up to a half hour while I watched at least 7 people who ordered after me get their food. They ran out of dark meat.... Which I understand once and a while. Service was fast. The tables needed to be wiped down and floor swept. A fast food restaurant should always be kept clean.
