I?ve ate here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Great service great food and over all a good place to eat.

Greeted by a unfriendly and in unknowledgeable server. We had a table of five for a sit down lunch. 3 coffees ordered, asked for... extra cream which never showed up. Pretty sure the cost was more than Starbucks when looking at a simple coffee. The servercould not answer if they used fresh or frozen fries. The 3 orders of beef dips turned out to be bread dips as you would need totake all the meat from all three sandwiches to make one, to actually call it a beef dip. The server was argumentative with us aswe stated the fries were over cooked. Unfortunately after she left she was never seen again? No offers of more coffee. No ?howis you meal?. No ?can I get you anything else?. No questions asking to why we were not eating much on our plates. No removal ofour dirty plates. No asking if anyone wanted dessert.
