Pizza took 20 minutes longer than "maximum" time for delivery. Part of the order was missing. When I called to explain that I... was missing items, the guy thought I was just trying to order more food. When he finally understood the situation, he said "Iguess we'll send it out on our next delivery". I asked if they could send it out now so my family could start eating. He said "Yeah OK" and hung up. They never showed up with the missing pieces. The website order tracker that says "Kaylee is doublechecking your order for perfection!" is obviously a load of B.S.
