This was the first time I have ever eaten there. My first impression was that the gentleman that picked up the phone was rude... and abrupt. He actually hung upon me...no thank you or see you later. They weren't much more pleasant in person either. I haveto say the sushi was good until 30 mins later. I started feeling very sick. The nausea and sweating persisted through theevening. Eventually finding myself bent over a toilet, vomiting!! The sickness continued into the next day. That was all I hadeaten and from experience I can say with certainty I had food poisoning. I wanted to call and complain but given their previousbehavior when I was just trying to place an order I assumed my complaint would go without care. don't get the sushi. while they give you a generous portion, the quality is terrible. sushi pieces immediately fall apart when... picked up. also it was practically flavorless. I spent around $50 and am extremely disappointed. I'll stick with UMI Read more
We usually love "hole-in-the-wall" restaurants and this one definitely had that kind of feel. Our friends were very happy with... their meals of both hibachi and sushi as was my husband with his tuna rolls. My Dragon roll was just fine. Not great butcertainly not bad either. Would that I were in Asheville again I'd look for other Asian fare but I would also return here to tryit again if the opportunity arose. The place looked clean and staff was very friendly. Not the nicest looking place, so I was not expecting much. Was pleasantly surprised! We got the chicken Teriyaki and the... vegetable crunchy dragon roll. Both were so good and looked good too. Worst food ever. The General Tso chicken was very dry and had no sauce on it! I had to drown it in soy sauce so I could choke it... down. Was too hungry and tired to try to go get my money back. Absolutely horrible and very disappointed after a long day to endup with food like this. Sad that people think this is okay or that it even looked edible. Read more
Visiting from out of town and staying near the airport. This place was the nearest at the time. Placed a pick up order but not... expecting too much. SURPRISED! The sushi and steak/chicken entree was delicious. The sashimi was think cuts and the rolls weregood size.. Read more
Easy online ordering available. The rolls were large and very delicious. The building and interior leave a lot to be desired... so I highly recommend ordering out vs. dining in. It was a perfect place to grab food after a long day of work and work travel. Read more
