I thought all the memes about hard biscuits was a joke but they are not. Its true hard as a rock. The chicken was so over cooked... extreme dry as well. Then no spoon to eat the sides with so they got thrown away. Was supposed to get a banana sweet cake but Iguess they must have forgotten to give me that. Was actually disappointed ???? The chicken was slightly undercooked, the dirty rice was the blandest I've ever had, had the... "strawberry lemonade" was just Minute Maid flavored with red Fanta...disgusting!! Fortunately, the manager was nice about itand refunded everything. That was appreciated. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We were just passing through the area on a long trip and I placed an... order using their mobile app and proceeded to the drive through which was very slow moving. When we finally got to the windowwe were told the pull ahead and park and they would bring us our food. Also at the window we had a couple of questions aboutour order such requesting sauces and the girl seemed upset and simply said they cost 25 cents each and basically it was too lateto add them to our order. Anyway, we pulled ahead with about 3 other cars and waited, and waited, and waited?. The drivethrough was cleared out and the other parked cars had been served and still nothing. When our food was finally brought out wehad probably been on the premises for 45-60 minutes. I know they were understaffed but why were we last to get served when weordered ahead?? Ridiculous! Always out of chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes. Advertise beignets and then say they don?t carry them anymore. Ordered... chicken tenders and got a bunch of small bites of chicken, cold but burnt Mac and cheese, cold hard fries and a hockey puckbiscuit. Guess the owner of this franchise doesn?t care. This is about the 3rd or 4th visit lately. Trying to figure out the price difference. You have one price on the menu board and a... totally higher price when they ring up the food. Asked several times and no one has answers. Looked up Corporate today to calland google says they are permanently Closed. Smh. Advertising one price and selling for another price isnt right.
