Went late at night so only the drive-thru was open. Fries were lukewarm and they were out of diet drinks. I only saw one person... working but she was friendly enough. I've done that job so I appreciate her keeping up the good spirits. Read more
We went through the drive through & our order was missing items to which we had to stop & go back to get the missing items. ... McDonald's is known for their French fries & they weren't good this time. I don't understand why so many McDonald's Restaurantscan get an order wrong! From NY, S.C. and even this location. Definitely the last time that I visit this McDonald's. Drive through person taking my order just barely spoke English. The man... slinging the food out of the window was very rude. I went to ask for some ketchup and he slammed the window in my face. I satthere for a couple of minutes waiting on him to open the window back up and he refused to do so! On a positive note the ladytaking money at the first window was so nice! Read more
They had no ketsup or large cups. They just let me order a large meal and proceeded to hand me a medium cup. When I asked about... the wrong cup size and some ketsup for my fries they say, "oh, we are waiting for a delivery." Tell a guy upfront please. Read more
Usually the food is great and I really like the lady manager that works at night she does a good job. Everyone I've dealt with... and all the times I've been past couple months has really done a good job. Read more
Edited from 3 stars to 1. Got food 2 nights ago, and the bread had blue mold on it. MOLD. Management and staff don't... care. (Pre-Edit review) The lady in the drive through was lovely, as was the guy at Window #1 that took my money. But I'm notsure about the girl on Window 2. She looked like a bulldog chewing a wasp with an attitude to match. Threw a drink into the carin front of me, then tried to throw my food through my window. This location is closed between 2am and 4am there about to reset the system that allows business to happen. Most of the reviews... for this store are customers who do not understand why it is closed when it clearly says 24 hours. During the time of being shutdown the crew cleans the store, reset stock, and the like. So you will see them inside working but not taking orders. Pleasekeep this in mind when you come here demanding food when they have policy they must follow. Also do not order curb side andthink you got over and they owe you food. Far too many times I have seen customers set themselves up for failure using thismethod. Just because you placed the order does not make the system come back up to process it. Truly disappointed. Went pretty late tonight however I was the only person there. The blonde lady was super rude didn?t even... look at me snatched my card from me and damn near threw my things back to me like my card my drinks. I understand bad days but Iwas soooo polite.
