I don't like being lied to. I'd rather spend 5 times as much and not be lied to. I asked about an item, they showed me the item... on the menu. The menu said one price, the waitress confirmed the price but when they handed me the payment terminal the pricewas doubled. Luckily it was takeout so I just refused to receive or pay for the item. It's a cute place but wouldn't go hereunless you expect to pay double the listed prices, or maybe that's the tip the waitress enters for herself that's the same priceas your entire meal. I have visited The Bicycle Cafe a few times now and am always excited to return when I'm in the area. It's even worth a detour... if you're passing through the general area! The staff are very friendly and they welcome dogs on their patio - they even havesafe loops bolted into the wall so you can clip your dog in as the road is quite close. Their Bang Mi sandwich is absolutelyfantastic and they have many other delicious items on their menu as well. Looking forward to my next visit! Read more
