We chose Chris and his team at Peasemarsh to cater our wedding after a referral from our venue. We were really impressed with... how flexible the menu selection process was, and he made sure all of our guests' dietary restrictions were addressed. On theday of the wedding, despite having to work through a giant rainstorm, Chris and Peasemarsh didn't miss a beat. Everything cameout on time and the service was impeccable. Peasemarsh farms catered our wedding of 150 people last year and did an INCREDIBLE job!! Not only was the food amazing (picture... mouth watering steaks, perfectly cooked chicken drizzled in perfectly spiced sauce, a light refreshing herb infused salad andtasty new potatoes) but Chris and his team were also such experts! They had everything down to an absolute Science and thedinner was executed beautifully! Our event was in a fairly remote location with no cooking facilities available but Chrisassured us this wasn't a problem. He brought his entire setup and it worked flawlessly! Chris catered our small wedding (18 people) at a cottage near Owen Sound last week, and we could not have asked for anything... more. The food was incredible (we went in blind, choosing from the menu without tasting.) We had peppercorn new york strip loin,and citrus glazed salmon, buffet-style. He also had some chicken fingers and fries for the little ones. Every single personraved about the food - and as for the service? Chris was incredible to work with from the time we first sent an inquiry his way.Payment was easy as well. When the wedding day came, he was prompt, prepared a beautifully presented buffet right on time, andevery bite was fantastic. He cleaned up and packed up so quickly that we didn't even have a chance to thank him before he left,and it was as though he was never even there - he is meticulous, talented, and personable. Chris & the team at Peasemarsh Farm made the most INCREDIBLE meal for our wedding (130 guests). Their service was exceptional... and everyone working on the event commented on how kind and friendly the catering staff was. The food exceeded our expectationsand the presentation was beautiful. We had Peasemarsh Farms cater our daughters wedding May 12, 2018.,it was a plated meal. The food was exceptional, food... portions were great along with the wait staff. We hired Chris and his team from Peasemarsh Farm a few years ago for our wedding which was delayed by 2 years...so we finally... got to work together in June 2022. His team was awesome to work with and communication was great and very responsive. The staffwere awesome and super accommodating given that we had a few dietary restrictions within our group. The food was really great atour wedding!! We had some last minute changes and they were able to sort everything out and it all turned out great.
