Agh! Let me start by saying, I?ve eaten from Tijuana Flats for several years. Me and my family used to be regulars at the... Sheridan street location in Hollywood, FL. I love this restaurant. Good food, good prices, nice family atmosphere, the hot saucebar. Good stuff. But, this location is not up to par. I?ve ordered from this location now about 5-7 times, and I?m notexaggerating when I say every single time there?s been a problem with the order. I order curbside, and no one ever comes out. Iorder a meal and they forget the drinks. I order queso and they leave out the chips. Literally, every single time I?mdisappointed with my experience. I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt, and ordered again based on my past experiences withthis chain. But I?m always disappointed. Tonight I ordered food for my family, and was pleasantly surprised to find thateverything was included when I double checked the bag for accuracy. But now, as I?m eating my vegetarian black bean bowl, I biteinto beef. (Sheesh, talk about first world problems.) But seriously, when I spend my money I want to have an enjoyableexperience, and that has simply never been the case for me at this location of TJ Flats. Do better. Read more

In the past we've loved it here and it's a fun atmosphere but I'm not sure if it was a change in management or something else... but it was unpleasant and I found a large piece of blue plastic in my burrito... The manager on duty was rude. The vibe wasuncomfortable with the other employees. There was only one other family there at the time. . We've seen it be less and less busythere. Sad. This is a great lil place?? The food is really on point! They have great Corn chips, Salsa& Flautas, along with plenty of... alternative foods to people with Gluten issues. The Staff is extremely nice & accommodating. There is Inside/Outside seating. AMust Go! Read more

Dined in today for lunch and had a great experience. Ordered the chicken tinga chimichanga and it was very good. Chips and salsa... where good too. I really like the sauce bar. It was fun trying different sauces. My favorite was the ?smack my a** and call mesally?. Staff was friendly and I also like the cool atmosphere here. Edit 7/3/2022. Don?t recommend getting the Spicy HabaneroCarnitas Burrito, especially to go. It was cold and very watery. Covered the entire bottom of the to-go plate. Made the burritobottom soggy as well as the nachos. Had to eat the burrito with a fork and knife and only half of the nachos. Read more

Terrible service.... after spending $20 on my meal, I get home and find that I spent $6 for a starter of queso and open my food... up to find that this is what they gave me for chips.... What am I supposed to do with the other 3/4 of the queso once I?ve eatenthrough all twelve chips they?ve gave me??? They literally only have never the amount of chips that come with your food beforeyou pay the six dollars for the starter, so what didn?t I spend the six dollars on???? spent $10 on a quesadilla and apparentlythey can not afford to give you more than a pinch of pico... this place is CHEAP!!!!!!
