Visited the place today. I love their burgers and steak fries BUT I always struggle with the amount of blue cheese crumbles I... get when I ask for it. I?m paying for the cheese anyway. I tipped like I normally do because their credit card machine asks youto . But today I requested extra crumbles hoping I?ll get double the amount for the $1.20 price I paid? this picture is what Igot. Before I walked away I asked if they actually gave me the extra and the older man said ?Yes, I made sure the cook gave youextra?. I said ?Ok, but it appears to be as much as I normally get and could I please have more?. He was obviously frustratedwith me and walked to the kitchen and said something to the cook who looked up at me and he walked back with an ounce ofcrumbles. I thanked him and ate my meal but was upset. When I finished I approached the registers with nobody around and askedthis older gentleman if I was in fact charged for the extra cheese, he said ?yes?. I told him that since I paid for it, Iexpected to have enough on my burger to satisfy me and that I was sorry it upset him for requesting more. Then I added that Ihad left a tip as I typically do and I clean off my table. Then I said that if I return in the future I will bring my own bluecheese crumbles and I refuse to ever tip again since I do all my own work. I literally paid $13 Just for this burger and tip (nodrink). He did say that the tip is for the employees to clear off the table and that he was not upset (despite his gestures andcomments made to the cook). It upsets me when people who work for an establishment don?t seek customer satisfaction anymore. Itused to be the goal. Just smile and give your customers what they are asking and do this with appreciation because THEY arepaying your salary. I won?t give up on the place over this experience but I?ll be the one saving $1.20 plus tip putting my owncheese on my burger and clearing off my own table. Read more
We took my mother for lunch and she ordered an All American burger med rare and LOVED it. I ordered a Kale Salad with Grilled... Salmon and the salmon was cooked to perfection. It was delicious! Very happy with all of our lunches. We'll be back. Read more
The food is always great. I know there is a shortage of labor as all business are unwilling to pay a livable wage to their... employees much less provide benefits. That being said, this restaurant is WAAAY to BUSY to have only one person taking orders,putting out food, and answering questions for people that already placed an order. We typically ADORE The Loop. However, this time, at this location it was simply eh. The cost is astronomical for what you get.... The food has went so downhill. Staff was nice, restaurant was pretty clean. The burgers and shakes were SO GOOD. Steak fries and onion rings...mediocre. French... onion soup was French onion soup. The Caesar salad was actually really terrible. The Caesar dressing was really sour tasting andpungent. Maybe something went wrong with the dressing but it was surprisingly unbearable. Also the water from the soda machinewas probably the worst tasting water of my life. So order a bottle of water, definitely get the shakes, and burgers and even thepizza. We didn?t get a pizza because I mean look at our picture. We ordered a lot for two haha. But I saw some other customerswith pizza and it looked REALLY GOOD. We will definitely come back! Read more
Can't beat the burgers or pizza at any of these locations, but don't go into the San Jose store after 8:15 expecting to enjoy... eating in. The Manager is loud and makes no secret that she wants to go home. Uncomfortable setting with sweeping, mopping,yelling and chair stacking contests. Read more
