Let me start by saying ELLA is the only waitress I want to EVER serve me food, she was that phenomenal !!! From the time we... walked in, we were welcomed with a good amount of customer service. When we were seated it was grade A customer service from thestart. Ella's was very attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. Food: seasoned to perfection! I got my steak medium welland it didn't disappoint. The shrimp were succulent and fresh. Broccoli had the right amount of crisp/crunch to it. The lobstershrimp cowder is a definite must try if you like seafood. Even the pink lemonade was spectacular. I wasn't a big Longhorn fanbut this visit has changed my mind, I'm actually looking forward to coming back. Thank you for the wonderful experience for meand my daughter. Read more
We had a great dinner at Longhorn. Always seems to be busy. Short wait to get a seat. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our... food was out to us quickly and arrived as ordered. I had the Outlaw Ribeye and my wife had the Parmesan crusted chicken. Can'twait to go back! Read more
Excellent experience. Much better than the one on hwy 17. It was 6:30 on a Friday night. We were told 20-25min wait, it was 19.... We had a 7 month old, the has us a high chair ready and were very accommodating to us and her. Our waiter, I wish I had his namewas beyond exceptional. We need we waited for anything drinks were never empty he even brought out our side of mashed potatoesearly and separate so we could feed the baby. Salads were full and had plenty of everything. I got chicken tenders and they wereperfect. All white meat, not chewy, juicy and well seasoned breading but not over breaded. My wife got the Parmesan chicken andit was very good also. Our server also juggled a huge part next to us. He was great. The only halfway negative thing was thehostess was a little aloof, but I chalk that up to being in Fleming Island. The staff was friendly and understanding. We had an issue with the burger (sent it back twice) because it was undercooked and... they had no issue with taking care of us. Our appetizer was the firecracker chicken wrap. I almost ate the whole plate (didn'twant to share). The drinks were good and strong (just how I like it). My entree was salmon, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Thesalmon was cooked perfectly and tender. The asparagus and mashed potatoes were seasoned well and tasted pretty good.
