We?ve eaten here quite a few times. Tonight?s hibachi dinner was terrible. Hibachi seating was an hour wait. No big deal.... Decided to sit in regular dining. Waitress got drink order. Returned with drinks. Took order. Returned with food. Rice wasburnt. No service or refills on drinks. Shrimp was overcooked and there was little to no vegetables. Finished up. Got check.That?s it. The restaurant is one my family goes to pretty regularly. I found that my last two visits the restaurant has been very very... dirty. From the table to the restroom. I told my daughter they really need to hire someone after hrs for cleaning if it can't bekept up with during business hrs. The food wasn't great either. For money I pd I felt it should have been better. I hate it as Iuse to live going here. Read more

Went 7/17 at 9pm (close at 1030p) was seated quickly. Order taken quickly. No one came to cook our meal til 955p then he said... said it would take another 10-15 min before the grill heats up. I asked for a manager, no one came my party got up and on theway out a lady apologized and said you don't have to pay for the drinks?!? I wasn't planning on it. Read more

Visited this place for the first time 06-17-22 with my mom since I've lived in this area 4yrs now and i normally drive on... another side of town to get hibachi i figured since i had already did my research and read the reviews, I seen the crowd thatthis place has had over the years as i passed by, I felt confident in dinning in this place... And it was a big mistake, I feltlike i was having an outer body experience. My mom and I wanted to leave shortly after arriving but we stayed because we wantedto have the same experience as everyone else who has left a 5 star review. The food was TERRIBLE unfortunately, the appetizers ihad the scallop and asparagus wrapped in bacon which was very bland and my one little asparagus which was over cooked and soggyit was truly a joke for $14, my mom had a seaweed and cucumber salad which stole the show sorry no pictures of that because wemurdered it lol the main course food was disgusting vegetables once again limp, soggy, burnt and over cooked, the soup which inormally enjoy was very bland and tasteless, the rice was undercooked and felt like i was eating rocks. Because for the priceand with everything being so expensive i was expecting 5 star experience which we did not receive. I will never dine at thisrestaurant again. Was totally a waste of money. Very dissatisfied takeout order. The hostess gets the star even though she couldn?t answer all my questions she still tried and... helped with a smile. Now the waitress that helped us was annoyed and was quick to respond which was hard to understand. Oursushi was great! Ordered 3 different sushi, soft shell crab, NY sirloin steak-medium rare, Fillet mignon-medium, Steak & ShrimpHibachi-medium, and Shrimp & Scallop Hibachi. The steaks were over cooked, the shrimps (6 little pieces) were overcooked,rubbery and hard, 5 small pieces over cooked scallops and the veggies were also over cooked. No menus online if there is it?s anold one. Highly over priced! I called to speak to a manager and the woman that helped us came to the phone, she said she?s notthe manager and she?s not the supervisor she didn?t know when they?ll be in the restaurant and didn?t know how to help us ,sorry. So I called back not even a minute later and the hostess answered, I asked to speak to the person again and asked whatwas her name and she said. ?it?s the same woman that took your order and she?s the ?Owner? of the restaurant!? Put me on abrief hold and then got back on to tell me, she just left! Like what ! She didn?t know how to handle the situation. Nice move,have your hostess lie to the customer. Poor customer service. Less than pleased with their birthday special. It's not clearly explained and somehow for my two kids and I (one being a free... meal for birthday) was 67.05 with gratuity... we all got chicken teriyaki and sodas. I will not be going back. The chef wasamazing... our lady who got drinks etc was less than friendly and did not explained the bill well at all. Read more
