This Tim hortons is literally aweful. I?ve given it multiple chances and even changed what I order just to see if it would be... okay. I?ve ordered vanilla iced coffees, iced Capps, tea. Everytime i get it there is something wrong with it. I get a loadedfarmers wrap when I stop, there always forget the items that go in the wrap, or they forget the sauce. My coffee has nevertasted right when I get it from here. I?ll stop at dunkin. The workers here are rude and don?t pay attention to what they?redoing. I ordered a ten pack of Tim bits that were supposed to be birthday cake only and instead I got absolutely everything elsebut birthday cake. Stay away from this location Read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes. When it is my turn to order, I ask for a bagel and a coffee. I'm informed they have no food today... because of being short staffed. This is not the first time dealing with this same situation at this Tim Horton's. I understandnot being able to find workers, but put a sign up BEFORE people get into line and wait 20 minutes. The food at this location hasnever been good, but it is the only stop I have before getting to work. A Dunkin Donuts is opening across the street, neveragain will i visit any Tim Horton's. I've tried other locations and the lack of people skills the employees have is amazing. I'mdone with giving you my business. Read more
I walked in this morning to get a dozen of donuts, two coffees and a muffin. My son bit into one of the chocolate donuts and... there was a cough drop wrapper inside the donut. I called ,explained to the manager Ashley(who initially refused me of knowingher name) and she asked when "he" came through the drive thru?! Did not pay attention to me at all or even apologize/sympatheticabout what happened. She didn't even seem shocked that there was "garbage" in the donut. She stated she would provide me withanother dozen of donuts. Ugh no thank you but I'll take my money back. They fixed me a perfect cup of coffee and the chocolate chip muffin was delicious. Very nice staff working as well.
Love this place.. hate the location.. waiting 20 minutes in drive thru, or walking in and it taking 10 minutes just for... coffee.. seems like a high school with the joking and laughing going on while ppl stand there waiting for their food anddrinks.. watched a cpl come in and get helped and their food before I even got my coffee..
