Employee asked me numerous times to repeat my order. Then he made it wrong size. Had to correct him a 5th time. Then when I get... home I drink my coffee and it's not almond milk like I asked for so now I'm having a bathroom emergency at work and I'm sick andhaving to leave work today. Costing me money now. I happened to be driving by when I noticed this location. The image was impressive and welcoming so I stopped in. The place was... very clean, presentable, and organized. The service was great and employees were very active. They seemed appreciative andhospitable. Highly recommended. Read more
Staff is very unprofessional. Sign on the door stating "Now hiring" I put in an application considering I already have dunkin... experience and it is close to my house. Was told I was going to get a call back multiple times. Called today just to be toldthat they don't need anyone. When I put in my application on Friday one of the male CREW MEMBERS there decided to look at myapplication, which has all of my personal information on it. That worker decided that he would try to add me on Facebook. He hadabsolutely no business looking at my application when he wasn't even a manager. Was given 2 completely different sandwiches with my order and my coffee was made rushed when I came in and the espresso shot... that I PAID FOR was not put in my drink. Not to mention the young lady working was very rude and had zero patience forcustomers. Do better, this was ridiculous. Read more
If I could rate this place a zero I would. 15 min wait for 1 large coffee and a sandwich. The employees were very rude . After... waiting 15 min with 1 other person in line they gave me a frozen, untoasted, and unedible sandwich. Read more
Pulled up to the drive through at 9:49pm and sat there for 2 minutes. 2 girls walk out at 9:51pm to take trash out and say... ?we?re closed everything closes at 9:45pm?. That shows laziness and a lack to do their job. I understand we got there at 10minutes to closing but you?re open till 10 things should not be shut down 15 minutes till closing. What is the point in beingopen till 10 if their going to do that? Very very disappointed in that. Management should have a talk with their employees tosay we?re open till xyz time that?s when things get shut down and you leave after that?s done not at closing time. Read more
Every single time I come here there's always issues. It takes forever. Came an hour after they opened with no muffins and only 2... types of bagels. After them trying to give us a coffee we did not order, we asked if the food was correct. He looked at thepaper on the bag and said yes. After getting a couple Miles down the road, we found out instead of getting a bacon egg andcheese bagel we got another regular bagel. Had to turn back and no offering something free, a gift card or even an apology.Whoever was supposed to get this bagel had a burnt bagel anyway. Live less than 5 minutes away and been there 5 times sinceopening....I dont think we will be going back. Especially with Tim Hortons across the street and a Baskin Robin's not too far. Read more
Don't get me wrong they have gotten better since they first opened but, they still have their problems so expect your order to... be off somehow. Brought to you by my Boston creme donut. Read more
