We ordered one order for pickup and the inside was closed so we had to do drive through. We needed a separate order, and they... refused to let us do more than one order. I just want to say that I've worked in food and it's not hard to take an order, and then prepare the food properly. I ordered... the biggie bag with a double stack no sauce and spicy nuggets. I upgraded to a medium meal with a coke. Although the service wasspeedy, did you really have to cut corners? I arrived around 7:45 which is still a good hour before they close yet onlyreceived 2 nuggets and a half empty carton of fries. On top of that they added sauce to my burger. I know counting can bedifficult and reading a ticket to make sure you make the burger correctly is quite difficult, isn't it. I have twotips. 1:quality control. If there is only 2 nuggets left. Heat up some new ones so you aren't under serving customers. This goesfor fries also.. I don't mind waiting 2 extra minutes as long as I get all of the food I paid for. 2: read your ticketsproperly or listen to what the customer is saying over the headset so you make the food correctly. I'm absolutely disappointedand concerned with how many issues this location has with there staff. Similar issues have occured in the past and at this pointI think proper training should be put into future protocol. Read more

Went to Wendy's with my boyfriend tonight hoping to get some good food as they always give us great service. However, when my... boyfriend ordered a triple burger, the cashier repeated it back to us 2 different times and yet when we got our food and lookedat our receipt, we saw she gave us a single burger and somehow managed to even ring us up for a single burger. I'm honestlydisappointed this ruined his night. We honestly would have been better going to the rude burger King. I remember working infast food and the days when stuff like this wouldn't fly but I guess this is the death of quality service. Read more

Tried ordering a triple burger only to get a single burger AFTER it was even repeated back to me like "???" How the hell does... someone repeat the order correctly but ring up and handout the wrong burger like seriously ruined my night that I was having, Iwould've been better off going to the burger king that refuses to give you your drinks. My husband went into this establishment this morning after having a terrible experience at the burger king across the street. He... is PROFOUNDLY DEAF and when he walked in he asked the young lady at the gas station counter if they were open. She proceeded toget an employee at this Wendy's who took his order and all went above and beyond to help him. THANK YOU! My husband is a 25 yearveteran who lost his hearing during service and covid. He didn't serve so people can treat him poorly. He served so people likethe ones in this establishment can go above and beyond with their customer service skills and to be kind to one another. My family and I (party of 7) were passing through town and had picked this location randomly. While there, the restaurant... experienced a medical emergency that required EMS. If they had asked us to leave, it would have been completely understandable.However, the staff handled the situation with poise and composure while still serving customers. Our order was fulfilled quicklyand correctly - kudos to their team! Read more
