Worst shitshow of a Wendy's I've ever seen. Ordered at the drive thru. Got to the window and was rudely told cash only. Told... them I didn't have cash. She got angry and said they told me that when I placed my order ( they didnt). The employee tossed mycard in my direction, which promptly landed in the driveway. Overall, rude staff who couldn't care less about their physicalappearance or how they represent the brand. Read more
If you enjoy Wendy?s I encourage you to not eat here. I bought a baconator and nugs last night and it?s partly my fault for not... checking if the burger was in the bag but I never got my burger. So I called and spoke with a very kind manager who said he willgive me one the following day. I come up to the drive through and politely explained the situation and the drive through personwas really abrupt and sharp saying ?just pull forward? When I get to the window she hands me a bag and says ?HERE? with anobvious attitude as if I robbed them of a free burger. And when I said ?say again?? She looked at me with a very snotty look andshook the bag at me. She is a early 20s looking blonde girl, I do have to say she probably shouldn?t work in customer servicewith an attitude like that. I was as polite as I could be, because it?s awkward to even ask for a comped item, so there?s noreason to be that upset with me. Hopefully something comes of this but who knows Read more
Even with the issues they have, they make good food. I've never had any issues with them. Good people, and good way to deal with... people if necessary. I can't five a full 5 stars since the issues stated in other reviews, but they to what they can to operateand serve good food. Read more

First: We love Wendy's food and go fairly frequently. This review if for this experience at this location. Most importantly,... THERE ARE NO BABY CHANGING STATIONS. I am used to older establishments not having a changing station in the men's restroom andneeding to use the women's restroom quickly for that purpose. No one has every given me a hard time - the baby needs changed.But for a regular establishment to have NO baby changing station at all is inexcusable. I asked a worker where I should changemy baby but he kinda just laughed nervously and shrugged apologetically. We just changed our baby in the car after we were done,but the lack of changing station was ridiculous. The new kiosk ordering is annoying because it takes you back to the main menuafter every selection so ordering 3 different types of chicken sandwich was annoying. I ordered regular chicken nuggets for my5 year old and they came out spicy. If I misclicked on the kiosk that is bad design on their part, not fault on mine. Read more
I guess you can't visit this Wendy's late. And by late, I mean 10 PM (2 hours before close). Food not fresh, staff acts like... customers get in the way of their work, and they apparently don't know the difference between barbecue sauce and sweet and sour.Sad. Read more
