Such a great place to enjoy a meal! Nice island vibes and friendly staff make for an enjoyable experience, but the star of the... show is the food, for sure. I enjoyed grilled fish and my wife had a couple of tacos, one with blackened shrimp and one withbattered fish. I tasted some of that and it was excellent. The batter was noticeable, but light-textured and enhanced ratherthan stole the flavor of the fish. The salad and fries were good, too, with the dressing on the mild side. I also ate theirspecial fish sauce. It was kind of like tartar sauce with a dash of ketchup. Very good and quite delicious on the fish. Wechatted with the owner for a bit before we headed off and ll in all felt welcomed and appreciated for our custom. I will comeagain when I travel through town. Read more
Wow! So glad we found this place. It's fantastic in every way and we will be coming here OFTEN! When we walked in, we were... greeted by the friendly and helpful Seth. And we felt felt like we were being transported to miles away to a tropical paradise.The decor is inside is awesome, and they have a great patio with a beautiful "ocean view." Between the two of us, we got yellowfin tuna (salad - but also comes as a sandwich) and the special, which was blackened scallops and shrimp salad. Both weredelicious and the portions were huge - especially for seafood. We got to meet the owner Scott, who is wonderful. Quick & friendly service! I ordered 2 grilled white fish tacos and dined on the nicely decorated patio on an umbrella covered... picnic table. The tacos were a good hearty size, fresh, and delicious! Came with pico de gallo on the side, slaw underneath andtopped with a yummy sauce. I hail from Vancouver,BC where the fish tacos are top notch and these didn't disappoint! Fantastic dinner experience The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming, the food is reasonably priced and high in... quality. The meal was perfect. I had the black bean & quinoa burger with extra mushrooms, cheese, and a fried egg. It wasdelicious. Then for dessert I had the butter bar and that was really yummy, too. I couldn?t have finished the dessert on my ownbecause it?s a lot for one person but I think it?s just right for two people. They have a lot to choose from and the décor isreally fun. This place has literally THE best seafood I've had so far! I got the blackened salmon on the house salad w/dressing, and my... husband got the Ahi poké tacos with an amazing Wasabi avocado sauce and we shared an amazing cheese curd side as a dessert!????we HIGHLY recommend you stop at this place for a delicious, uniquely crafted bite to eat. Why hasn't anyone told this Foodie about this place! Ugh! I'm so mad. This is so good! I saw the photos on Facebook today and I... just had to try. I hear their fish tacos are the best this side of the Mississippi. I'll have to try next time. I ordered theblackened catfish on top of caesar salad. Portions are perfect.
