Food order was supposed to include hot sauce which there was none. My crunchwrap supreme was all beans! I ordered extra beef... with beans added! NOT ALL FREAKING BEANS! My tacos were to have extra beef and they did that either! Then when I went on the appto make a complaint, got all the way to the end of the form, hit send and it replied that that PAGE DIDN'T EXIST! Normally great service and good food. Very fast and dont think I've ever had anyone mess up my order here. Only issue is they do... NOT serve breakfast till 11am. I got hassled about my mobile breakfast order which I placed ~10:30 and was there to pickup by10:45. Eventually they said they guess they could make my order but wouldn't let me order anything else for breakfast (I forgota thing or 2 in my mobile order) despite having 15+ minutes left before the supposed cutoff. So if you want breakfast get therea half hour early or you won't get what you came for. Read more
I go here often, the one on Grant and Palo Verde is the BEST Taco Bell in Tucson Arizona bar none, they give you your monies... worth and it's clean with a locked Restroom so it keeps the riffraff out. I genuinely like Taco Bell and usually have no issue. On a recent visit a person who I believe was the manager was great. My 3... star review is because on several different occasions I have received lackluster service from a specific employee. I am notsure of the name, or how to describe him/her. This employee shows little care or concern for the customer. Not just me, Iwatched other customer interactions as well. Just going through the motions and hopefully gets the order correct. If it is notright, you will definitely receive apathy and seemingly a lack of care. I realize it is difficult to find good staff, but thisperson is not doing this location any justice. A shame as the manager is demonstrating what it takes to excel. Read more
How hard can it be to get an order correct. I love tAco bell food, but this place either forgets something, or doesnt pay... attention to what you order. And they put those stickers To seal bag so u cant do a quick check. The drive thru exit is veryinconvenient forces a right turn. Read more
