SUPER SLOW! 10 ppl in line. 4 ppl working. 25 min wait. WOW!
I had one of if not the hungriest days of my life after running around all morning long. Panting, sweating, and all around... parched I decided a 12 inch foot long on flatbread with Turkey would do the trick. At last, I finally get in line. No big dealright? WRONG. It took 6 people ahead of me 47 minutes and 18 seconds just for me to be ready to place my order. With 3 peopleworking. STUNNED. Sandwich was good though 8/10(for subway). Way more expensive than a regular Subway. This should be less expensive since you are on campus. Large drinks are actually a... small. Read more
I got a tapeworm from eating the ham here lol wish i was joking, do not eat here. in fact, don?t eat on a lot of NAU?s on campus... places as they?re really not that sanitary and all year I got sick whenever I would eat on campus. Read more
This subway has extremely rude staff. Subway is one of my mine and roommate?s favorite places and this staff just ruined it for... us. They were closing in ten/fifteen minutes and cut off the line. When I asked if they could take two more they flat out saidno. I understand that you close in ten/fifteen minutes, you don?t have to be rude about it. Very disappointed. There were eventimes where they were chatting and not taking care of customers and the line got ridiculously long. Such a shame. Read more
Convenient location, whenever there is a line it's always moving, and year-round $5 footlongs, whether or not non-campus... locations have the deal going on. Would, and will go back! Read more
Don't expect decent service here as the employees clearly aren't trained properly or held to a proper standard. They always... squash the bread to hell when cutting it and they haphazardly throw on meat and vegetables. Also don't expect a decent lookingsandwich because they clearly just don't care. Food tastes fine, but that's hard to screw up considering how it is delivered tothe store. Staff is mostly friendly, but otherwise a regrettable experience every time. Read more
To the tall male shift lead working on the night shift on 9/25: just because you make an extra dollar/hour doesn't make you a... sandwich genius nor does it give you the right to mistreat or talk down to the workers you are training. I felt uncomfortableordering anything off of the menu because the (clearly new) worker that was serving me would be condescended to anytime theyasked their shift lead a question or did anything slightly incorrectly. I genuinely hope that the owner/managers will talk totheir shift leads and make sure that they are at least somewhat constructive. 2 stars tho bc the sandwich that the employeemade was so scrumptious my knees were trembling Read more
