I said "Hello, Good Morning" cheerfully and the young woman (barista) stared blankly ahead as she was doing some kind of... maintenance.. I looked towards her she did not acknowledge me even though I stood patiently for a reply. I decided to move on.She looked up as walked around the counter and still said nothing. Good drinks and service but 2 stars because of the single use plastics which are totally unnecessary.
The non corporate Starbucks (inside other retailers) have a come along way! Happy to visit this one in Flagstaff! Great service... and the usual faire available. Nice! Read more
I ordered four drinks. One was a Carmel ribbon crunch that ended up being milk mixed in ice and tiny bit of Carmel at the bottom... and top. So I tossed it. Shaved ice would have tasted better. But I also asked for cookie crumble in it which I paid extra for.I asked for a refund of the extra I paid. Thought that was fair. He told me to get back in line (which had about five people init) then when he handed me my drink he said really hope your day gets better. I responded back with it was just fine until Icame here and deal with your rude a** attitude. I don?t drink Starbucks much as it is. But this visit reminded me why I go toother places.
