I felt they have limited menu compared to others
Stopped here in our travels. Food was great and drinks were perfect but facilities were horrendous.
Love for java the best. Breakfast yummy
Fiance and I normally enjoy having coffee here, but tonight was a different story, from the cashier not handling a long line... professionally then later being rude about it. Here's the story: A woman well in front of us was taking ages to order, waitingfor some man to get out of the bathroom before paying we're guessing. Instead of the cashier asking her to step aside while shewaited to allow the forming line to have a fair chance to order, the red haired cashier working on 12/23 let this woman wasteall of our time by stalling. By the time we reached the cashier of course it was time to close. Problem #2: instead of lettingthe line know she was closing up the store ahead of time she waited until we were ready to order... About 15 to 20 minutes sincearriving... And she was unnecessarily rude about it. I've regularly worked much longer shifts than hers in fast food with abetter attitude and customer service skills, there's no excuse for that sort of attitude she displayed tonight. We weren't theonly ones upset by this, but we were the ones waiting the longest to leave without an order. There goes her extra tip I wasplanning to give her (before I realized she had zero customer service skills) for having to deal with the slow family before us.I'm considering not going to this location anymore on the days she's working there it was that bad of an experience Read more
I don't necessarily like Starbucks. My daughter lives it. I get an espresso latte, and add my own sweetener to it. Contrary... to what it sounds like, espresso isn't a strong coffee. High in caffeine, though. Read more
My iced coffee was great tonight but horrible barista. She had an attitude along with my order. I was kind and didn't expect the... rudeness. No thank you in return just an annoyed look on her face. I asked kindly for my lemon loaf and chocolate croissant tobe heated but she it was too late to get it warmed up. I'm not the one to complain but I don't appreciate being treated likethat when I'm a regular starbucks customer. Read more
When I got my drink at this location it was ?off? its usual taste. I called the store and spoke with an employee who told me... the Machine has not been working perfectly lately. She offered to make it right by replacing the drink and because I was notfrom flagstaff she called the show low location to set up a free drink for me then called me back. Excellent service team!! Iwill return and would recommend your location. Read more
So far all the different places we visited, they've all been clean and wonderful. Drinks are awesome!
