I had a challenging morning and then was welcomed here by some of the friendliest baristas ever. Everyone one in the store was... really really friendly and kind. I think this place is an great example of an excellent Starbucks coffee place where you leavehappier then you entered, where you are served coffee with loving kindness. The east side location near the mall is great! I like the comfy couches that they have scattered around the outdoor patio. They... have a few comfy couches inside too. I don't mind the hard wooden chairs most of the time, but once in a while I just feel likerelaxing and kicking up my feet. The dining area was very clean and the staff were working their butts off. Just a regular Sbux. Nothing special. Went thru the drive thru and got a coffee and a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. Heather... was working the window. NOT particularly friendly. When I said she could kept the change for a tip, she didn't even say 'Thankyou'. Kids nowadays ???? Read more
They were absolutely wonderful! We stopped here on our way to a Petrified Forest National Park we got there not long before they... closed. We had a really nice conversation and they got us exactly what we needed to make it the rest of our journey. We likedthem so much that we stopped in on our way back! Clean, new Starbucks in east Flagstaff by the mall. Great service and a lot of seating space indoor and out.
The girl asked for my order 3 times and I literally got nothing I asked for. Always more worried about having conversations with... people then getting the orders correct. I only go when I get a gift card so guess not much of a loss just disappointed. Read more
