This was the dirtiest sonic I had ever been to. Tables filthy. Shakes were halfway melted with it dripping down the side of the... container. (They weren't even filled to the brim. As a delivery driver I've been to almost every restaurant in Flagstaff with pickup options, along with working across the entire... west coast on a road trip, and this is the worst fast food location I've ever been forced to go to. Every single time, itdoesn't matter if it's 4pm or 11pm with just a single car around most times, they will take 5+ minutes to answer the order. Thenevery single time they claim there is an issue with the order and have to manually retake the order from my delivery info, orsend me away and I issue a refund to the customer. When they do take the order, I'm then baffled at how they manage to take20-30+ minutes to complete simple small orders. I'm starting to think this is just one of those places who are incredibly pettyto drivers and backlog them as hard as possible. If this is how they also treat their customers, which apparently they do, thenthere's some serious mismanagement issues at this franchise, if they continue to persist to this severity. Read more
had our doordasher waiting an hour for our (very simple) order, they never made it. this then left our dasher having to cancel... the order because you guys didn?t even make it even though it was placed over an hour and a half before close! Read more
Went to get drinks and found out they were half priced which was so cool. Didn't know they did that. We also got some pretzels... and onion rings and it was all delicious. The girl who brought our food to us was so personable. Read more
I don't expect much from sonic but this one is by far the worst! They weren't even busy but we waited like 10 min for someone to... answer after pushing the button. Didn't let me pay at the stall either. Took forever for our food to come out and once we gothome, we realized our toaster burgers had no burger!! Wth? It was only onion ring, bacon, lettuce and sauce. What a waste oftime and money. DON'T GO HERE! Read more
If you really want onion rings, DO NOT come to this Sonic, because they do not have any. If you want a good cheeseburger, DO NOT... come to this Sonic. If you want good fries, DO NOT come to this Sonic. I am so disappointed, I should have asked for a refund.The cheese burger was dry and the cheese was not even melted, it's like they cooked the meat yesterday and then warmed it up inthe microwave for 10 seconds!!! Great food at a great price. Service is very quick and efficient. Love their hot dogs.
