The fourth Street sonic is a staple of Flagstaff, anybody who?s grown up in Flagstaff has been to this sonic at least 10 times.... In the past couple of months, management must be new. I?ve ordered on three separate occasions since August on the mobile app,more than an hour before closing, and I have arrived to find this specific location closed. Tonight, as my third attempt toorder from the sonic location on the mobile app, I got to sonic to see that the staff was inside cleaning up, and all of thestall lights had been turned off. I had already placed my order, well before closing, and I parked in a stall, and I selectedthe stall in the app. I could see all the staff inside, cleaning and getting ready to close. I attempted calling the locationand selecting the red button, all while being ignored. I went inside, and asked if I could just get my drink, a woman told methey were closed, and I informed her that I had already paid for my drink well before closing. She didn?t respond to me, butturned to the manager and said ?she?s angry!? The manager came over and said ?hey we are closed.? I said this is the third timethis is happened to me I just want my drink. He told the other worker to make my drink. If they?re going to randomly decide toclose early, nobody cares, but close down ordering on the app and ensure it doesn?t happen often. Also, don?t ignore yourcustomers who have already paid, and who are waiting outside your establishment. Be adults and either honor their orders or walkoutside, answer the button, or answer your phone and inform them you?re not open. What a waste. Read more
FOURTH STREET SONIC? Let me start by saying this?. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. I completely understand accidents happen, but this... place blows. They messed up our whole order. Specifically asked for ranch with mozzarella sticks, got marinara. They gave us onestraw for two drinks, chili cheese fries instead of chilli cheese tots and even then the fries were still frozen in the middle.my daughters chicken tenders tasted like old grease and were so hard I, myself couldn?t even bite them. They put tomatoes on theburger when we asked them not to. Total waste of $35. To top it off, I?m not even exaggerating I have called at least 10 times,all for them to answer and hang up on me every single time, which is crazy because even another reviewer mentions that! Afterthey were tired of hanging up on me, they just left the phone off the hook so the line stayed busy. I?m so dissatisfied anddisappointed in the horrible service and lack of customer service. I even tried reaching out to another Sonic to see if theyknew this place and what I could do. Looks like I will be stuck with calling corporate. I?m seriously debating on keeping everyitem they gave me tonight, wrapping it up, and taking it to them in the morning with my receipt. I would do it tonight but Ilive 25 minutes away in a small neighborhood outside of Flag ???? Also, I saw a bunch of reviews saying the manager just argueswith them when they complain about anything and is extremely rude? so is it even worth it? I haven?t even ever written a reviewbut I am just furious at the horrible experience I had. This place needs to be seriously evaluated and get new management or becompletely shut down. Read more
It's an okay place. Most of times it takes them forever to get your food out. Takes over 20 minutes to get your food out even... though you use the mobile app and place your order in advance. Still take some pretty long time to get your food out for you. Read more
They have a BIG problem here. It starts with broken equipment that hasn't been repaired thus leaving employees in a bind to... even meet expectations. Speed of service is lacking. Non-existing. It seems this place is sinking and nobody is willing torescue it. I would start with fixing broken equipment, replacing managers and starting fresh. Good luck! Read more
This sonic is F'N horrible. I came in ordered to go. When i got home took a bite of my burger, low and behold, a HAIR in the... first bite! Burger was overcooked and pretty disgusting. There was a grease spot on the bag. If you want to have sonic go to theother one Not on 4th street. The manager offered me a new burger, said he watched it being made. In the meantime my pretzelswere cold and hard. The Churro shake was melted. Please don't go to this sonic! Read more
Food is standard sonic fare IF you get the correct order. I used to come here fairly often but have gotten a few incorrect or... someone else's order. If you have a problem with an order and need to talk to a manager it's going to be a bad experience. Mikethe manager started arguing with me when I pointed out a problem with my order. When I tried to show him what I ordered on theapp he just started yelling and walking away. Sent another worker out with the correction. I tried calling sonic corporate,someone with a heavy accent took a message and I never received a call back. Never again. Read more
The lady who took my order tonight was horribly rude, to begin with. Then the fries n tots were over cooked and unusually... greasy, practically dripping with it! Normally this place is really good, I'm thinking it's just the workers?? But very badexperience tonight, super sad cuz we drove all the way there from the west side cuz it's usually better than the one on Butler. Read more
Waited nearly an hour for 2 normal meals. Got informed after about 20-30min that their chili machine is broken, so we gave them... our substitutes. 20 minutes later I see a large order go out to someone who ordered like 5-10 minutes prior. No clue what tookso long for us. When food finally came out one meal was missing a side and had something else we didn't even order but we wereso tired of waiting we just left. Also they don't have a bathroom for the public, so keep that in mind. Food was okay at best.Do not recommend. Worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. Avoid. Read more
