They are always out of everything! The smoothie machine was always "frozen", but they finally just took the smoothies off the... menu. Recently they were out of lemonade. Staff are immature, rude, and unprofessional. They told me once they were closed, whentheir closing time was still 30 mins away. Done with this place. Read more
I?m not sure what is going on with this place but the last three times I have tried to go there something has been wrong. Two... weeks ago they were out of Parmesan and everything else. Then I went yesterday and they had a piece of paper taped up and saidthe were closed for the day. Today you have to have exact change. I?m not sure how they are making any money and how they arestill in business! They need an adult working there. Read more

I usually don't have a problem when I go here but today I witnessed one of the workers drop a piece of dough and pick it up to... throw away. You would think she would change her gloves but failed to do so. She continued to cut the dough into pieces with herdirty gloves. I told one of the other workers and she asked her to change her gloves. I hope her manager spoke with her aboutit. Read more
I've never had a problem with this place before. In fact, the service is usually good and the food, while sometimes a bit... doughy, was never bad enough for me to complain about. However, I went there today to get what I always do, a large drink and alarge pretzel bites. The guy getting my order started pushing the regular sized drink, saying it was cheaper. Now, anyone whoknows anything about the sizes of drink cups knows that a smaller size is cheaper, that's just common sense. I tried to tell himI just wanted my large drink. He decided to give me the regular anyway and I didn't feel like continuing to argue about itbecause it was obvious he did not care what I had to say on the matter. I won't be going back for a while, the fact my requestwas completely ignored leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely never go back if that same guy is working there. Read more
Worst pretzel experience I've ever had. Chewie under cooked deformed vulgar deep fried thing served with insipid yellow color... dipping they call cheese. Take one bite and throw it away. Read more
