Our food arrived cold and missing an item. The cheese on the pizza was literally solid. The chicken was cold. Not enjoyable at... all. I could not contact the store about the missing item. When you call the number you're connected to someone overseas. Nomatter which option I chose the call was disconnected. I haven?t had Papa Johns in awhile and had a craving- unfortunately I wasvery disappointed in the food and ripped off. Read more
It's understandable that my order was late because it was Super Bowl Sunday. What wasn't okay was that my order was ready but... the employee chose not to give it to me. I waited 30 minutes passed when they said it was ready. Thankfully, another, moreresponsible employee found my order (cold) and gave it me. The best Papa John's I've had the pleasure of doing business with. On Christmas eve our order $90 was stolen by a third party... delivery service. Brian the manager showed general concern of our situation and offered to comp for our next order. Two dayslater I called and put in same order and he kept his promise and made it right even though it wasn't his fault the pizza wasstolen. I will continue to go to the location for this reason. This Papa John?s is a real disappointment in all honesty. I ordered a stuffed-crust pizza with as much cheese as legally... possible to be delivered, and it really fell short. Not only did the employee on the phone not offer any coupons or up-sellanything to me, but they also skimped on the cheese.
