First off, my food came from Door Dash while I was staying at a hotel. So the presentation of my food may not be the fault of... the restaurant, but everything else is. I ordered a three entre meal and only got two instead. The meats were extremely dryinside and was some of the most disappointing Panda Express I have had. I will give them credit with the chow mein, but that isall. Maybe going in person would be a better experience, but this time was not the case. Read more
SUPER SUPER SUPER BUSY, with a long line. Also, they didn't give proper portions. I was still hungry after eating and usually... have leftovers for tomorrow. Food quality was also subpar. P.S. I went back today. The line was out the door. I'm not waiting ahalf hour for fast food. I left and went elsewhere. They need to open a second location. Read more
Very friendly staff and no fake smiles behind the masks. Offered to let me wait for a "fresh off the cooker" serving, instead of... the last portion in the serving bowl. Yes, I waited. The egg roll tasted a little off. But it could have been a ingredient innot use to. Read more
The food is yummy, but the thing that really sucks is that they're supposed to be open until 10 pm, yet if you show up at 9:15... and they're out of food then you're outta luck. They're not making anymore. I understand not wanting to make a whole huge pan ofsomething, but come on: you can't do half or quarter pans with almost an hour left before closing? Their orange chicken never disappoints! It's my favorite "Chinese" style fast food chain. Portions are big, I was satisfied with... my order. The only minor complaint is that some of my vegetables were not cooked enough in my opinion. It was good, just notperfect. Read more
Came here at 8:30 and was disappointed to find out that half of the items I wanted were out, including wontons and some of the... different entrees. Furthermore, the music was already turned off and made for an uncomfortable experience with my group. It wasevident they were already doing their close and while I understand you want to get out right away, getting rid of multiplepopular items an hour and a half before close not only wasted my time, but has taught me a lesson to choose a differentrestaurant at night from now on. I love Panda Express! I just moved to Flagstaff a couple weeks ago, and I?m so happy to know there?s one, less than a 10 min... drive where I live now. I?ve always had a good experience with the food AND customer service. Today (Sat. July 2) Brianna wasspecifically helpful, by explaining how I could use their coupon program (where you get a free extra entree for filling out asurvey on the receipt). She even recommended her fav items, and to be honest I never tried those before, so now I?ll considertrying them next time. This is the kinda ?personal touch? that earns customer loyalty ? no joke! When we came in the line was out the door but you could tell the entire team was working very well together and we got served... quickly. You can tell the GM or the manager does a very good job with this store. It was clean and the atmosphere was nice andit was a good experience. I think I saw her jumping on the line too while we were there so props to her and if we are in Flagagain we will come back. Read more
