I love the service! Yes this is American style Italian cuisine but I like it. I'm a regular her despite the price because I know... I will leave full with delicious food in my belly. I get the chicken Alfredo most every time, they offer unlimited bread sticksAND soup with any entree! Crazy value especially considering you can get a bunch to go and just eat soup and bread sticks thenext day. Let me start off by saying I'm not crazy about pasta, but the soup and salad from olive garden will satisfy the hunger cravings.... We did order the fried calamari, I definitely was a fan and we ordered the cheese sticks.. those were delicious as well. Read more

I would say that the seating arrangements for our party was excellent. Very private and comfortable. The food was presented very... well and the service was "average". Our server could have used better professional communication skills but more importantlyserve our drinks by holding the bottom of the glass. Hands should not be toward the top where one would drink. My family and I were in Flagstaff for business purposes... and of course we are hungry after that! We haven't had Olive Garden... in ages. The environment was clean, cozy and classy feeling. They were busy but seemed overly staffed which was nice. We gotseated right away in the back...( both kids were sleepy from the drive, hence a little cranky) but the waitress was overly kindand considerate. Checked on us often but not too much to cause annoyance. Ma in law ordered chicken Alfredo, hubbs ordered theTaste of Italy and I ordered the endless soup, salad and bread sticks. I of course couldn't eat more than bowl lol but she didfollow up with if I needed seconds. The kids helped eat the bread, soup and salad. I even asked for sticks to go... and shekindly packaged up 5 fresh breadsticks in a to go bag. We all still had yummy left overs. Suggest this place if ever visitingFlag and love Italian food! Visited this location during my Flagstaff trip. We were done with dinner, just wanted some desserts and ended up having a few... drinks and tiramisu here. Service on point, drinks were good, tiramisu better. Will recommend. Read more

Met the kids here for dinner.. We've been scattered since evacuation due to the Tunnel Fire so this was a chance to catch up a... little and spend some time together. The service was excellent, Emily was back around quite frequently to check on us andaccommodated the vegans in the group by putting cheese and dressing on the side for the salad. Read more
