This is very sad for me to have to do because I have been coming to this business exclusively for Vietnamese food for the past 4... years and have really enjoyed the food. However, last night I ordered chicken pho take-out. When I got home, I ate a few bitesand immediately noticed that there was something off with the chicken. It was extremely tough and tasted like it could bespoiled. I always order the chicken pho and it has never tasted this way before. I called the restaurant to let them know theissue and they said I was the only person to complain of this and asked if I could bring it back in to them. I drive all the wayback to the restaurant for the second time, and the owner takes a bite of the chicken from my meal. He proceeds to tell me thatit tastes fine and that maybe I’m getting sick (which I am not, I am 100% healthy). He refused to refund me or remake it afterI hardly ate any of it and paid $17.67 (including a tip). Unfortunately, I will not be coming back after this incident. Read more
First of all, food was very good. Nice prices, great selection, nice selection of greens, however, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE... SERVICE!!! Our group of 6 people carefully explained how we wanted to split the check at the beginning of our meal to an oldergentleman who could've been the owner? Anyways, we ordered, got our food, ate a good meal and when we went to pay, we were readyto pay according to how we arranged it at the beginning. He then became extremely irritated almost immediately and raised hisvoice at all of us about how we didn't discuss any of our plans to him and how inconsiderate we all were. I saw the receipt hewas trying to make me pay and saw things none of us even ordered!! I tried explaining but he talked so loud over me. Irritatedand angry as well, I just paid a huge bill without any other thought and left. He continued to make comments at us while we wereleaving. This place definitely lost my business. A wonderful gentleman was my server today! Very polite and gracious!! The pho was garden fresh and super delicious!! The hot tea... was perfect!! Highly recommend!!! Looking forward to a return visit with my dear JIUJITSU2000 love!!! Update: Visited here againlunch today with my love JIUJITSU2000! Food was just as yummy as the 1st time. The server treated us wonderfully! Small quaint,but spot on. Tried the beef pho and rocket shrimp! Awesome fresh and great flavors. The place to go when you need that perfectmeal. Read more
