Ordered coffee black. At pay window asked if I had coffee 6 creams 6 sugars...no BLACK. When picking up coffee asked if it was... BLACK...yes it is. Took home to wife.... SUGAR. THIS MEANS TRIP BACK TO THE MCDONALD'S AND MY TIME AND GAS. zerocompensation. Would be cool ok but I ASKED. WORTH A BIT MORE THAN "SORRY". Read more

I visited this restaurant this evening. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and 1 chocolate chip cookie. The girl tried to charge me... for a 10 piece and then told me cookies were sold in 3s when there was only 1 in the bag. If they are sold in 3s they should bepackaged that way. I just think they were trying to get more money out of me. I pretty much always get 6 nuggets and 1 cookieso I was not happy. Someone didn't know what they were doing. Read more
I have not eaten at a McDonalds in a long time now I remember why, $6.89 for a Big Mac and it was awful the patties were small... and over cooked when I opened the container it was a mess looked liked it had been dropped on the floor and put in the box. Itook a couple bites and it tasted horrible I gave it to my dog who eats anything and he wouldn't even eat it. Read more
This is an older looking McDonald?s I don?t think they have remolded like the ones in the greater Phoenix area have done. The... cashier was great with our order but when we had some issues with our food when it was ready the workers including the mangerjust walked on by trying not to make eye contact. I asked 3 people before I got my drink cup that they forgot to give us. Thebathroom was dirty. The food was consistent with all McDonald?s. Maybe they were having a bad day. Don't remember McDonalds being that expensive. Good and fast service. Food was good as usual.
