A female worker today while making my Jamba was just conversing with her coworker and took 30 minutes to make a small mango... apart from that she dropped it sideways on the counter and we made eye contact and she decided to scoop it up and put some of itin the cup laughing and still looking and me and she literally looked disgusted at the leftover juice that spilled on her handand fling her slovenly hand everywhere. Then proceeded to hand me a Jamba that was half spilled on the counter!!! Terribleservice The Jamba took forever and was spilled and she thought it was funny. I mean what can you expect from student workers butthat was beyond disgusting and I did not catch her name but she had brown hair and gold earrings and she was white Caucasianfemale in her late teens. I had never been to Jamba and that was so disgraceful get better employees please NAU. I will alsosuggest a few of my friend give a 1 star review since they also were there as witness and I found this review site and that girlwas too much felt racially motivated because she was laughing about it. There was no jamba juice. I asked around a people who worked in the building had no idea what I was talking about
I've been drinking Jamba Juice for 15+ years and the kids that they hire at this campus location DO NOT know how to make a Jamba... Juice. I refuse to go back to this location and deal with a bunch of college kids. If anyone from corporate reads this, then youguys need to consider building a Jamba Juice elsewhere off campus. I'm sure people like myself and many others agree that weshouldn't have to pay for parking on campus to get a Jamba Juice. The students are also super chatty and don't pay attention todoing their actual job let alone acknowledging customers. It took over 30 minutes to have them make my husband and I's smoothieand they weren't even that great. They missed ingredients. We both know the taste of our smoothies because it's the same ones weget everytime for 15 years. Not happy at all with this location. Jamba juice is always great, never disappoints with similar standards to Starbucks but in the smoothie realm.
By far the slowest moving workers of any restaurant on campus. 15-20 minutes for a smoothie is normal here.
The employees are students but do offer friendly service to you. The people does know how to make a quality smoothie. Students... love coming to Java Juice due to the fact it sells good smoothies and also many students are from California. Read more
