Horrible svc. Went through drive thru, ordered. Waited over 20 mins & called the store,.. they stated our food was almost... ready. I walked into the restaurant and overheard the gal who took our order say, she forgot to take our food out to us, as Icame around the corner. I requested a refund as she asked if I still wanted my food. I told her no. The reason why I wentthrough drive-thru was so I wouldn't have to go inside, not so I could sit outside for 0ver 20 mins, then chase my food order. Igot my refund & went to another place to get takeout for family. My food was prepped & given to me with great service. It's sadto see the customer service is this bad. I hope mgmt takes the time to review their staff. Read more
Last night (10/23), I ordered the Breakfast Jack combo. The sandwich was nasty, like cardboard, starting with the egg (see pic).... I came back this morning and the supervisor argued, making excuses. He finally offered to remake. I waited 10 mins for it.Within that 10 mins and prior to being initially assisted, 5 min-wait, the fries were just sitting there, and they weren't busy.Just as I was finally getting my sandwich, the first order of fries came in and they served from that batch. Where I'm from(CA), Jack doesn't "make it 'til you order it." Terrible customer service. When I walked out with the replaced sandwich, I gaveit to a homeless person outside of the restaurant. There was no one at counter. Took a while to get service. All but one table was dirty. Fries old. Burger was good other than... lettuce stems rather than leaves and very little toppings. On another note, extra fur with the burger Read more
I ate here with really low expectations. But I was blown away by how good the food was!!! The burger was great, the fries were... cooked perfectly with not too much salt, and the chicken tenders were surprisingly really good! I would go back here on purpose. Read more
A four-star rating for fast food from me is good. The service was very friendly and the food was actually pretty decent for fast... food. I had the chicken tenders and fries and both were prepared very well. The price was within the average range for thisregion. Read more

This Jack in the Box was AMAZING!! "FAST FOOD" that was actually FAST!! The wait in the drive through was very minimal and we... had about 3-4 cars ahead of us! Food was served with a smile, nothing like professional service! If you are ever in theFlagstaff area, highly recommend trying them out! They are conveniently located right off interstate 40!
