Good service until earlier this afternoon. I?ve only been here 3 times and today I pulled into the drive through and was told by... the young lady taking orders in the line around 1:30 pm that I had entered the wrong line and cut 3 people, she was very rudeand then continued to be rude throughout the rest of the ordering process once we were in the right line (which ended up beingthe same line we pulled into the first time). I understand that there are ways things must work in order for them to runsmoothly and that requires a small amount of effort on my part but being unnecessarily rude to a customer is never appropriate. Ridiculously slow service. I don't care about the staff asking me dumb questions, trying to make conversation, like, "What are... you doing today?" "What's your favorite movie trilogy?" I just want my drink! Read more
Monday morning...well what can I say, it's always worth the wait...but this wait time was about 25 minutes. As always our order... was taken wayyy ahead but still you get to window and there's about another 3-5 minute wait. If you want to do a self check ofhow much PATIENCE you have...this is a time to go. The Dutch Bros is located near a plaza. There is always long lines when I go to this location so expect to wait around... 10-15mins. Nonetheless the staff is always friendly and kind. Read more
Great coffee. Ordered iced double chocolate mocha. Just make sure you tip good or you might get a glass 3/4 full of ice with a... little coffee like I did after only tipping one dollar. Lol Read more
Never tried this coffee before so we decided to stop and try It for the first time... Not bad, but compare to Starbucks there... wasn't a big difference... I do like that they are 24 hours.. Can't beat a coffee craving at 3am and know Dutch Bros will beopen... If I could do half stars I would have given Dutch Bros 3.5 stars... Now, on with my road trip.... ???? Read more
