The food was ok. I really liked my jolly green giant burger, but my wife's burger was VERY raw. They recommend medium rare,... but her's was rare rare. The line for ordering food on Saturday evening was slow. It could have been faster if the guy who wastaking orders didn't walk away every few minutes to deliver drinks to other guests tables. There were 3 other employees behindthe counter and perhaps one of them could deliver drinks instead? But we thought perhaps this was done on purpose in order tolimit the number of guests at the restaurant? I would probably come back, but my family was disappointed with the rate burger. Read more
Burgers and fries were really tasty, my husband had his burger-well done and he was satisfied with it, my burger was medium rare... as recommended and i was also satisfied. The only probpem was the size of the burhers-they were quiet small and overpriced forthat size. They should make bigger burgers and less fries pr lower the prices. Read more
If you're in historic downtown Flagstaff, make a stop here. You won't regret it! They allowed us to sit with our dogs on their... shaded patio for lunch. Looking for a great burger in Flagstaff? Diablo Burger is a great stop. Amazing beef patty burgers, surprisingly tasty english... muffin buns (ya, but hear me out), truly fresh toppings and stellar fries. I've been spending the long weekend in Flagstafftrying out local haunts for food ideas. Diablo Burgers was a gamble for us cause we hadn't heard of it, and only went cause itwas close to our nearby hotel. But that gamble paid off. Located right downtown Flagstaff in the restored square in thehistoric downtown area, the burger stop has a large outdoor table and hightop seating area. Inside are a half dozen hightoptables if you want to drink alcohol or be indoors. The whole decor and vibe is rustic but renewal vibe, very fun. The menu isbasically about a dozen selections of different burgers, all featuring local high grade 95% lean beef (really, it is trulyworth the taste), your choice of condiments (via the burger name) and the unique english muffin bun. The english muffin bun isabsolutely a brilliant and fun thing. And it totally works. Less carbs, and really great container that doesnt get soggy holdingtheir massive patties. The fries aee likewise excellent, thin sliced and crispy natural cut fries. Love it. Prices are a out15 per burger and that includes fries. The staff is courteous, helpful and patient even with older people asking lots ofobvious questions :) . If you are in Flagstaff, or visiting, this is the absolute best burger stop in Flagstaff. Delicious! The burger was a perfect size. You can finish the whole burger and feel satisfied instead of painfully stuffed. The... fries are quite tasty as well.
