Great service, food, and location right off the interstate. Chipotle is always consistent and reliable, although the... solicitation of tips via a "tip jar" is debatable. There's no wait staff. No server. You do everything yourself like any otherfast food restaurant. Read more
Ordering was easy and simple. Ordered two bowls that were pretty good in terms of flavor. However, the brown rice was a bit... undercooked and still crunchy and same with pinto beans. Seems like they needed a few more minutes of cooking. Read more
Placed an online order for three bowls and a burrito, including most toppings, sides of queso and guac. Got home to see three... half empty bowls of chicken, beans, and sour cream. No guac, missing queso, and absolutely none of the toppings ordered. Read more
Stellar customer service. Walked in tonight and they let us know right away that a couple products were out (someone was running... to the other store to get supplies but wasn't back yet). Appreciated the heads up. We started to order and the out of stockitems came through the door. Score! Food was amazing. But the customer service made this THE BEST! Read more
The first time we went, I was craving a burrito, but they were only accepting cash. The second time we went, we ordered to pick... it up. We went inside when it said it was scheduled to be picked up and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for it to be ready. Theportions were also smaller than usual. I am planning on going back later to see if the timeliness and portion sizes get better,since it is still a new store. They did have a very tasty salad for a pregnant lady trying to not have too many carbs. Read more
Online order process was smooth and I was able to pick up my order through ChipotLane. At first I thought something had been... left out of my order, but realized that it was removed when I edited an item while ordering. Terrible! My family went in and they only half filled our bowls and made the saddest burrito I have ever seen! Then proceeded to... charge me for an extra burrito! They had no sour cream, no guacamole, and their fountain drinks weren't working! Then proceededto say, this register is not working, can I take your card to the back. I spent $48.00 on some trash! They did refund my extraitem I was charged for at the register that they claimed DID NOT WORK! I really hope they did refund my extra item back on mycard or I'll be visiting them again! I'll make the trip across town to eat at the other Chipotle. This place is a mess! Read more
