So disappointed with the Flagstaff Chili's. I ordered big mouth bites, which come on slider buns. They apparently ran out of... buns, and instead of asking if a substitution was acceptable, they cut a burger into quarters and served it that way. Theydiscounted the meal, but I didn't even eat the burger quarters, so we still payed for it in the end. My husband said he was"appalled " they would make a substitution without asking first, and without saying anything when it was served. Read more
Probably the worst Chilis I?ve ever been in. All things considered COVID, short staff, short supply, and lots of customers they... may be lucky they are even open. Bathrooms were messy ,service extremely slow. Food ordinary at best. Guess I?m glad I live inOklahoma and will not visit again any time soon! Read more

So I believe that divine intervention kept me from eating here and getting sick. It was a Wednesday night around 7:00pm, first... red flag should have been that they were not busy, tons of empty tables. I sat at the Bar and the Bartender was great, I ordereda Margarita and a Burger. The bartender let me know they were plateing my food, then 10 minutes goes by. At this point I amwondering if he got sick or walked off the job. No one ever said anything to me, even the Manager that came behind the bartwice. At this point I am noticing how dirty everything is. The manager came behind the bar again and I got his attention andtold him I am leaving, if my food was being plated, then It would have been sitting back there for 15 minutes at this point. He said nothing to me and just started getting my check. I left $20 for my margarita and left. Just wanted to get out ofthere. The bar is filthy, do not order a draft beer because if they don?t even clean bar surfaces, I doubt they clean theretaps, can?t imagine the kitchen. Health department needs to inspect this place.
