I give them NO stars. First of all we were seated and they served people who seated well after us. I ordered the Pisole and... requested no onion ON it. The menu says green onion only, they put white onion on it then later said that the soup itself hasonion in the broth in which the menu DID NOT mention. I'm very allergic! This restaurant was an absolute horrific experience. The server messed up two dishes and an appetizer. Ordered Buffalo wings and... ended up with a completely different flavor. Then, had to call the server over who took 22 minutes to tell us that it was hermistake and the kitchen was making new Buffalo wings. We then waited for 17 more minutes for nothing to come out. Would notrecommend because the servers blame it on being new. That does not matter in the real world. Read more
We enjoyed a great dinner here after a long hike. The nachos, potato dill soup, and chicken sandwich I ate were all so good. ... The guy who came out to bring us our food was quite rude. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was completely sweet and helpful andapologetic and made up for his unprofessionism. Fun atmosphere and great food. I will be back. Read more
Sun; Aug. 14 ? There was a power outage in the whole downtown area. I walked around 30+ mins trying to find somewhere for lunch.... They were open, even without electricity. Even while it?s raining, the windows have plenty of natural light. Their gas stove &deep fryer we?re still working, they said ? when I?d asked if they?re still open (unlike everywhere else). I wouldn?t have heldit against them if they had to turn away guests, but I appreciated that they fed me:) I got the ?Bar-Tenders? (chicken strip +French fry platter). Tasty! Definitely above average! Not the kind like frozen then fried at an Applebees or whatever, but thekind that are more of the fluffy texture (see my photo). The best house salad (with bleu cheese dressing) I have ever had. Excellent onion soup and Reuben sandwich also. But, the... frosting on the cake is excellent service and atmosphere- hard to find sometimes. Read more

I wanted so bad to give this cute little spot in downtown Flagstaff a 5, but I just can?t. The positives: the food was very... good. We tried the Navajo taco which came highly recommended and was hearty, a lot of food and had great flavor. The crab dipappetizer & pozole were also not too bad. The negatives were they appeared to be short staffed so everything took a while. Wewere patient and understood, and our server was extremely friendly and doing very well considering she had a lot of tables totend to with very little assistance. The huge negative was the music playing over head was old ?roaring 20?s? which literallysounded like it was playing on a record player from the 20?s and loud. We laughed it off but did agree the wait for our drinks &food would have been easier if it hadn?t been for the overhead tunes. Haha Read more
